“This pub is clearly popular with the locals who tend to fill the front bar and the outside benches. Inside there was plenty of room and we enjoyed our two visits. The food was well cooked and with good portions. The prices were very reasonable. We would happily return. The only fault we found was the choice and volume of the background music.”

“It was an odd experience as they said that the only food left was crab sandwiches, so I ordered one and was then waiting for two friends to arrive.
They then ordered different food with no issues at all. Very strange, apart from that I really liked the place and it is in a nice location.”

Just great people go there and the owners are so friendly and greatful that we always pop in to see them.

“This 'cafe' is really good. The location is perfect, with an arcade and Dawlish seafront not too far away. I did not purchase food whilst I was here, however I did purchase a drink, which I believe was either a frappe or a milkshake. It was nice and good value for money. If I were to come to Dawlish again, I would vist The Beach Bar again.”
