Was gifted an afternoon tea. It was great value. We were lucky enough to be seated in the window so we had a view of Dawlish Warren beach and Exmouth in the back ground. Pre tea we had a walk on Dawlish Warren beach with the dogs. Yes the Langstone permits well behaved dogs.Nearby activities: Funfair , beach, golf course, nature reserve, station. Can’t go wrong with choosing this Hotel. Great location, great views, right on the coast and amazing food and hospitality. With the train station just a few minutes away, you can soon venture further afield with no need to drive.

Hotel staff friendly, food gorgeous and plenty of it dog friendly too. Views and gardens beautiful. Definitely recommend, and definitely going back. Bus and train station 5 minutes away. Lot's of walks you can do as well.
