“Love this place, best place for a cream tea. Plenty of options for food, I especially like the quiche and seating area across the road for you to eat at too but just be wary of the seagulls, one tried to share my food last time I went.”

“This pub is clearly popular with the locals who tend to fill the front bar and the outside benches. Inside there was plenty of room and we enjoyed our two visits. The food was well cooked and with good portions. The prices were very reasonable. We would happily return. The only fault we found was the choice and volume of the background music.”

“1st time I visited mid-week for a coffee and a ciggy. Sat outside watching the world go by - decided I'd have a small breakfast as well as coffee. Lovely local produce, information on board inside as to source. Piping hot and cooked well - staff very attentive, but not in your face. Repeated again on the Sat as I had an hour to kill before train home - very busy, but still the great service and food - I did notice a 5 star notice, well deserved.”
“Spent yesterday at Shooters music festival. Fantastic family event which was incredibly well organised. Fabulous music and, as always at Shooters, great atmosphere. Congratulations to all the staff for a brilliant event.”

“Had dinner here whilst visiting on holiday, amazing food, service and staff. Husband is in a wheelchair and they couldn't have been more accomodating. Would definitely recommend, menu is extensive, something for everyone and very reasonably priced.”
“Popped in on Monday afternoon. One cappuccino, one hot chocolate, a chocolate brownie, a slice of lemon cake, and a packet of pork scratchings. Lovely drinks, and food was excellent. Thank you.”
“We had room 34 and apart from creeky floor boards it was all good.
Rooms: Room 34 is good
Food and drinks: Great value for money”
“Traditional pub. No frills, but not trying to be anything but a pub. Really liked it.”

“The atmosphere ia cozy, food was good. They have high chairs, so good to feed your baby while your trip. Pleasant experience.”
