Been here twice and it's become my favourite restaurant in Exeter!First off, I have to say that the food here is really professional and the quality has been consistent so far. The bread board in the nibbles section was a good start to my meals. The sourdoughs was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip, seeds and butter. Cosy wine bar with a well curated selection of excellent wines located in the basement of a historic building.Great atmosphere, friendly staff and, although we didn't eat here, the food looked good too.

Finally made it to Rendezvous and it was so worth the wait. Absolutely excellent food. We had mackerel starter and duck starter, followed by lamb main and cod main, everything was perfect and delicious. To quote my husband: 'DauphinWOW' potatoes with the lamb were particularly good. Excellent service and cosy, romantic atmosphere. We'll come back!! Thanks for looking after us.
