When we arrived we ordered our meals , we were told it would be an hour ,fine the 4 of us had some chatting to do , our friends meal turned up just after an hour .,and my husband and I were told ours was on its way and the salad I had ordered was off the menu !!!, 20 minutes later our meal turned up we were told it took longer than the first mixed grill because I had ordered steak really ... it turned up eventually , it was actually stone cold ,the normal salad had been under...read full review
No Eggs Benedict, or any other Benedict. No fish and chips. No milk for the coffee machine. Staff had to go to Sainsbury's, leaving them even shorter staffed. No Strongbow, no Stowford Press. Customers were clearing their own tables of dirty plates and cups. Some had to go upstairs to use the coffee machine. Tables not wiped, even if they cleared glasses. Mens toilets still gave broken/no seats after last visit a few months ago. Only bonus is that the ladies is on the ground floor.

Food is spoons so get what you expect. Never enough staff so long wait for drinks ( got told to go to bar and collect them ourselves by cleaner!).Never had pizzas available the last 4 times we have been and the tables are rarely cleared and cleaned due to staff availability. Only went here because George's didn't have any free tables!Don't recommend until they have more staff or unless you're ordering drinks at the bar and no food.
