It's a great little place. Discovered Whittard teas online but never knew they had a shop in Exeter until we stumbled on it last year. They always have a few samples on the go to try what's being marketed. And they always have their core products stocked if we ever need to get some while we're visiting. Just browsing last Saturday (30th September).Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the products.They didn’t mind me trying all the samples on display.I chose one of the hot chocolates which has been a real hit when friends come round.

Good selection of decent tea reasonably priced. Lots of samples in store and really friendly person behind the till. A surprisingly positive shopping experience (from someone who doesn't like shopping)
