“I stayed here twice this month ( this is how much I like this place). Very nice rooms, dog friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, amazing views and great walks, best pizza, live music…. I could carry on … definitely will come back in the future!”

“Came in for a quick drink with friends after a lovely day in Lynton and Lynmouth. Warm welcome from the chap behind the bar and courtyard was full of locals celebrating a birthday, which was fun. Didn't have anything to eat. BUT I stupidly left my wallet behind and didn't notice til the next day. As a Londoner, I assumed it was gone but thought it worth a call to check. I was delighted to hear that it was safely behind the bar: collected it that evening with absolutely everything intact. Cannot tell you how grateful I was, and how chuffed that people had been so kind. Thank you!”
