My wife and I visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary during a wonderful week in Porlock. This was not our first trip but certainly the best - an excellent lunch served in their smart but warm restaurant. Always feel welcomed here. Have stayed five times. Service is first class and the food is absolutely excellent. Just remember it's an old coaching Inn so rooms have to accommodate the structure of the building. They are still very comfortable and the views are amazing.

Lovely christmas break for us and the doggies . Dont expect Hilton type pampering but they did us proud with a very relaxing few days . As A vegetarian I think the food selection could be more than just a butternut squash based meal but it was still very good . Would easily recommend.
