I’d almost lost heart with the quality of food in local restaurants but I have to say the fish here is exceptional! Cooked perfectly and the batter was lovely with a slight citrus twist. Definitely the best I’ve had in the area! Not had the chips yet but I’ll be back.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Fish was cooked to perfection and was delicious, chips were a very good accompaniment for the fish! ....Very good hygiene practices here. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Well done to team Ottery Chippy! Biggest disadvantage can be the difficulty with parking. (I don't park on double yellow lines causing a hazard as some others seem to do there)!
