1 Tip Hill, Ottery Saint MaryI usually don’t complain when my order is wrong, but I really don’t like it when I ask for a completely plain burger. Meaning nothing inside it. But instead I get mayo, lettuce and tomato in it. I have a lot of issues with food and mayo usually leaves me feeling very ill. I just hope they pay more attention to the fillings of burgers in future. Burger was yummy otherwise.

The food and drinks are top-notch and all homemade: excellent coffees (some of the best in Devon, rich and perfectly brewed), hearty breakfasts, fresh lunches, soups, sandwiches, and an array of tempting cakes and bakes

The Kings Arms
Gold St, Ottery St Mary, Ottery Saint Marythis shop gives me special tingles, the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are highkey peng. I just wish the beer was wetter. Overall a big fan of such an aquarius establishment, and the landlords rlly cute.

The Baytree Cafe
11 Mill St, Ottery Saint MaryProper individual British cafe! Serving a banging fry up, crispy bacon, the best sautéed potatoes, fried bread, delicious ptoper coffee, all at a reasonable price. Cafés like this are rare now as chains have taken over. Its a shame. My friend and I travelled from Honiton and it was worth it. Staff are lovely as well, I cant wait to try their jacket potato next time for lunch.
