A number of times I have visited this store and about 30% of the time the coffee is bad. Only luke-warm, half the cup is foam etc. This problem took a week to sort out with Costa customer services but I won't be visiting this particular store again. Other stores in the city seem to be fine but I have had bad experiences with this one. Staff are polite but sometimes seem a bit lost.________I have come back on occasions to this store and I am happy to say it has improved drastically....read full review
Great coffee as usual in these stores. The layout of this store isn't great and is always really busy when I go in there. When waiting after ordering there doesn't seem like a lot of room to wait without getting in the way.

Had Doctors appointment moved so was early. Decided to pop into Costa for a cup of coffee and it was nice and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and comfortable in welcoming the customers and the whole area and toilets were very clean.I would surely return and recommend to friends and family.
