Excellent friendly service from Cassidy. She kept my much needed parcels I had delivered safe until my arrival and it was great to recieve service with a smile! The hotel is also well situated next to the A38Food & drinks: Next to the beefeater and close to different take aways
I would recommend if you were staying for one night only, pick Derry’s Cross for more than one night, it’s a better location and better rooms.Rooms: Rooms were average, this is due to the beds being hard and not that comfortable, marks on the walls when we arrived but didn’t bother us as much. Our room specifically had bushes and another building in our view, so not a good view to be honest. Here for the week with work. Awkward place to get into off a very busy roundabout leading into Plymouth centre, looks like it needs updating, tired. Tried ringing twice on day of arrival to confirm booking, nobody answered on both occasions, the first Tel number also a premium number, not good enough. A Beefeater adjoined which is good but a little pricey.
