Have been using the Guru for many a year, always been in my opinion the best Indian in Plymouth. As I placed my order I noticed a sign under new management, was told nothing has changed food wise, unfortunately that wasn’t correct, the food isn’t what it was, cutting corners with the ingredients, my wife had 4 forks of her chicken Buna and said it’s disgusting, my special curry, was just missing it’s usual variations in flavour. Sorry Guru but I will be going elsewhere....read full review

Food was nice, nice large portions, great location. ordered over the phone- they said would take 45 mins. Went to collect after 45 mins, not ready! waited another 30 mins! longest had to wait for any take out food! The guy on the desk was rude and cocky as well. Said we could ONLY pay cash- won't be going back again.

Had a takeaway a few weeks ago, ordered online with ease, went to collect and did have to wait a while even though the app said it was ready. The staff were so apologetic and it really was not a massive issue, food was delicious. Would definitely return again!
