Very rude and ignorant member of female staff, could do with remembering this is a hospital and people are at their most vulnerable.Using the cafe is a necessity not a choice of fine dining, being nasty and condescending isn't needed.We cleared up after ourselves as we'd finished items, we'd bought from the cafe, only to be accused of not being paying customers and shouldn't be sat there. Wonderful staff helped me purchase a light snack and drink when I didn't have the energy to get up and walk after being discharged. They were incredibly kind. Great to see a nice Cornish bakery up there. Reasonable prices despite the reviews.
