Wonderful meal. I had home made steak pie, as good as my gran used to make, my wife had the chicken special with Bacon. She thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who took our order was most obliging. We are both in poor health but nothing was too much trouble. When we went to leave our car wouldn't start. We had no mobile reception. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent takeaway food, the portion size is fantastic for the prices. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly. Excellent service. Been there twice on recommendation from where we staying. Well done MP.

A deep-in-the-countryside treat. Lovely back garden, proper pub interior. Just ignore your satnav when it tries to give you the 'shortest route' (which ends up on tiny farm roads) and stick with the B3137.
