“We have eaten here three times this week. All of our meals have been superb. Nice friendly staff, good food and can pay cash, perfect. Will come again on our next visit to Sidmouth.”

“A family run hotel, the host was very welcoming, spending time to take us around the hotel, with explanation. A unique idea of an 'honesty bar' treated as an adult, even having an actual room & front door key! Room was well presented, modern on suite & car parking spaces on site.
Walking distance to the sea front.
Would recommend this as how bygone age hotels used to be. You can even pay in cash!”

“Absolutely delicious food! Seasonal veg and all perfectly cooked. Came here as it was within walking distance of our campsite and it did not disappoint! Local ciders available too!”

“Stopped by for a lunch with an elderly neighbour last week. We visit from Teignmouth 3 or 4 times a year and we always come to Dukes. This visit was particularly good as the three guys serving in the restaurant were all extremely helpful and attentive. We were looked after as if we were the only ladies eating, but the place was packed! It’s a pleasure to eat at Dukes and as always the food was excellent. See you again soon!”
