Every time we visit Sidmouth we pop in for lunch ,food is home cooked and large portions ,very filling home cooked goodness . The prices are very reasonable for the area ,see you again
I don't often write a review but visited the Anchor today for a meal and was very impressed. Was recommended by a friend, managed to book the last available table for today at 1pm. From the minute we walked in to when we left, the staff were friendly and attentive, a real credit to the pub. Drinks and food were served promptly, our meal was delicious and good value. Will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely meal at the Anchor Inn. I had the Veggie Burger, nice and tasty. My wife had the Anchor Fish Pie, really nice potato topping covering packed creamy fish source. Good beers on offer as well.
