I visited The Tandoori takeaway in Sidmouth as I had read some good reviews on Tripadvisor . We can cook Indian food ourselves , so can be a bit choosy in our choice of food . Having chatted with the lady that served me , I discovered that her family name was the same as my own , which was nice . I had a lovely chat with the lady whilst I waited for our food . The most authentic and best tasting Indian/Bangladeshi food we have had around our area. Good size portions with authentic flavours. We have taken to get a carry out meal on a regular basis now we have discovered this restaurant.

A lovely atmosphere, a warm and friendly day family that run it. Great choice on the menu all reasonably priced. Lovely staff , very efficient. The dansak was gorgeous, full of flavour and Asian spices.
