We had a fantastic experience here today, everything was spot on, the food was incredible, I had a roast beef Sunday roast, it was the best roast I can remember! They catered perfectly for my partner who is celiac too.The service was great, lovely people, they were welcoming, attentive and seemed to really care, the atmosphere was lovely , relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend the Otter Inn, well worth travelling extra miles if you want the extra experience!

A very dear friend and I came here for lunch. We both really enjoyed our respective meals.They had the mushrooms while I had a burger.The bun was obviously made on the site as well. The beef was local.Given that I driven 2 hours to spend time with my friend and have a meal the whole experience was very satisfying.Parking: There be mud here - you're in the country alright!

Friendly welcome, excellent food, every part of my meal from the smooth mashed potatoes, the perfectly cooked lambs liver, crispy bacon, tenderstem, carrot and red onion gravy, just as it should be, we will be back soon. Fish and chips eaten by my fellow dinners were equally well rated.

Had a lovely early dinner with a friend and our kids. My mushroom stroganoff was great but the thing I feel the need to rave about was the lemon and lime posset, it was seriously outstanding! Lovely pub, lovely staff with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
