Subway is Subway, reliable tasty fast food with fresh, reliable ingredients and very good value. However today I wish to highly recommend the young guy who served me. He was remarkably efficient, courteous, speedy, anticipatory of a customer’s requirements. No fuss, no ego, polite - the best example of service I have encountered recently not in a top class hotel or restaurant. Got really good service in here yesterday, then realised that the muscular chap with long hair and the glasses who was serving me was the same chap who I gave a good review to before ( a couple of years ago), when he worked down the road at the Market Street branch which has now closed. I didn't recognise him, but I did recognise his excellent service. If Subway have a training school where they teach perfect customer service, they should employ this chap to teach all of the others....read full review
