Good pub, staff were very friendly! Dog was welcome and they had lovely dogs there.I had the slow cooked pork belly and it was not one to disappoint, melting at the plate - must try!Chips were perfectly crisped up and seasoned well.Would deffinetly come back if local!

We really enjoyed the food here. We had the 3 shared smokehouse platter and it fed 2 of us easily. Brisket was super tender, ribs fell off the bone and pork belly well cooked.

The pub may not stand out from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub dogs are also very friendly. We really enjoyed the food and are talking about coming back here the next time we are in the area. The smoked, slow cooked meats are so tender and delicious. Highly recommended if you enjoy that type of food. I also had the sweetcorn fritters as a side, which were also very tasty. Oh, and a good selection of beer, ciders, gins and rums...
