The pub may not stand out from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub dogs are also very friendly. We really enjoyed the food and are talking about coming back here the next time we are in the area. The smoked, slow cooked meats are so tender and delicious. This is a great little pub with good home cooked, generously portioned food and nice lager, well worth a visit. Landlady very welcoming and accomodating. Best establishment we've visited in the area.
