Really friendly and helpful staff. Visited Christmas Day and again on 27th. Made to feel very welcome, even with wet clothes and muddy boots. Didn't eat but coffee was great on a cold wet day.
This is definitely my favourite roast dinner in the area which is why I have scored it a 5/5, however I was super disappointed today. I had a reservation at 230pm for 430pm. We were super looking forward to it before our journey back to Birmingham. On arriving we were informed that the kitchen had closed at 4pm. Apparently there is a glitch with the system and this happens often that the automated system allows bookings when it shouldn’t. Please do something about this system...read full review

An unexpectedly sunny day in mid January took us here. They were staffed for … well…. For a winter Monday lunchtime and understandably they weren’t serving food outside …. Except they did for us, with warmth after we explained that one of us was immuno-compromised. On top of this that was possibly the best Fish & Chips I’ve ever had!!!!!!! Thank you.
