Tbh, I wouldn't generally eat here as I would go to other options. However my aunt loves Harry Ramsdens. Personally would say the chips were quite dry but price wise wasnt so bad (£4 for a large portion). Felt the individual salt and vinegar sachets were counter productive when we are trying to reduce waste. The food was lovely but not sure where the other half of my £15.99 regular cod went. Very very thin. Also, I ordered a gin with lemonade. I received a half full glass and was charged £3.99 plus an additional £1.49 because they "didnt have any lemonade so they took it off the children's menu". Not sure why that cost me extra but at least it tasted nice... Half a cod and half a drink

Food was lovely. The weather was awful so understandable the restaurant was quiet. We were eventually seated. Several more customers came in after us and they proceeded to be served before us. I looked over to the bar and a waitress came and took our order. The food was relatively prompt. The service was terrible. The staff stood behind the bar and chatted. I constantly had to get their attention to get drinks. To have table cleared and to get the bill. Disappointed!
