We had never tried Tamarind before but, influenced by 5☆reviews, decided to try them out. I had Lamb Tikka Ceylon, my wife had the chef's mixed grill with Bombay Aloo and Palau rice. We were NOT disappointed. Fantastic meals. The Ceylon had good heat and meat was tender. My wife's mixture was all cooked to perfection. Big portions, very reasonably priced too. Thank you, Tamarind - you have another satisfied customer.
Ordered last night for collection: super friendly and helpful staff, very generous portion sizes for prices, piping hot and flavoursome. I live locally and this restaurant will always be (and has always been) my go to for authentic/affordable Indian food??Vegetarian options: 95% of dishes can be adapted for vegan/vegetarian options, amazing!

The food that I ordered was lovely, the Chicken Tikka Tandoori and Pilau rice were amazing, same with the Naan bread, the salad was fresh and lots of it. They also sent the nicest delivery driver.
