A good honest pub serving good honest pub food at a good price. Excellent friendly service - will come again.Parking: Parking might be tricky in the summer so don’t be afraid to walk. It’s not a big village and it’s popular with visitors.
Popped in for some quick easy food whilst staying in the village. Fabulous welcoming staff, clean tables, and delicious egg and chips (other food looked good too). Just what we needed. Thankyou!

Visited at lunchtime and had some food and a couple of drinks. Very nice old style pub which I love good selection of food and drink at decent prices though I'd like to see more of the local cerne abbas brewery beers on draught.The food and drink were excellent and the staff very friendly. Will most certainly return the next time I'm in the area.
