All the family ( three generations) had a fantastic time with Santa, Mrs Claus and their elves. My favourite venue, for many reasons! There’s not a better coastal view from inside or dining outside. The staff are always so friendly & helpful. The menus are just great & do frequently change. The many events including tribute night acts are of a really high calibre, and soon get booked. My 5-star review is mainly for the wonderful service that we received from Annie. We popped in for coffee and cake with our 2 boys after a dog walk. Annie was so helpful, making sure that our dog had a water bowl, taking my son to look at the cakes, and generally being very welcoming. She is an absolute credit to the Ciffhanger and deserves to be recognised for her professional, friendly, and cheerful manner.
