“Spur of the moment stopover in Dorchester for breakfast- and what a gem. The menu is simple but covers such a variety on the dishes they offer. We had the cheese and mushroom omelette/ filled the plate and the belly! Along with the salmon on toast with tomato- wonderful.

They say they are dog friendly and they are- and so kind to us humans as well.

“What a beautiful b&b with plenty of history. Owner was very informative about the old tea room and surrounding area. She was also the most amazing host, so friendly, kind and welcoming. Made us feel like we were at home. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of cereals, pastries, yoghurt and then cooked breakfast. The cakes and scones are a must when visiting....tasty!
There is a plaque which says " come as guests leave as friends....we have definitely left as friends.”
