If you haven't visited here yet then please consider it. Its not only an olde worlde tearoom, you can enjoy cream teas, lunches, Sunday dinners and even stay in one of the two rooms. We stayed in the suite a few years ago and have recently been back to stay again. It is very special, very comfy, plenty of room,and you may even be lucky enough to hear the spirits trying to tell you they're with you. All positive there is no negativity at all. After seeing The Old Tea House on the TV, we thought we'd go for High Tea with 2 very good friends. It was a fabulous experience and Debbie is even better in person. It is a family run business with Debbie's son doing the cooking and her Grandson helping as a waiter.

What a lovely spot for a tea room ?Warm and inviting, with super-friendly staff ?Dropped in for a chinwag with relatives (a meeting point for Bridport/IOW/Leicester!), we had a lovely couple of hours relaxing here.Afternoon teas looked great, but we hadn't pre-booked - cakes were delicious though....lovely Dorset apple cake ?A fabulous old building with plenty of visible history.Hope to return one day: many thanks!
