Coffee Shops in Dorchester
“After seeing The Old Tea House on the TV, we thought we'd go for High Tea with 2 very good friends. It was a fabulous experience and Debbie is even better in person. It is a family run business with Debbie's son doing the cooking and her Grandson helping as a waiter.”
“So grateful to Linda for all the love and support, not to mention fabulous food, she has provided my Mum and Stepdad whilst they were living together in Poundbury and as they got less mobile and more reliant on outside help. There's a lovely atmosphere and a mix of people. A very special place and a pillar of the community. And they make excellent sandwiches. I've only tried one cake but it was properly good.”
“The food and service was brilliant. The cakes and hot chocolate were really good. The staff were all very friendly and the service was great l.”
“Last week I was wandering around Dorchester with my dog "biscuit" looking for a dog friendly place I could get a cup of tea and a snack while my car was being serviced. The lady's in this establishment are absolutely brilliant, so friendly, and couldn't do enough for the dog. An added bonus is that a pot of tea and a toasted tea cake were really reasonably priced. I will definitely be back, with or without "biscuit" thank you ladies.”
“Did not drive through but sat in. Quiet and relaxing, which was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs and assistance Dogs welcomed”
“Great coffee, lovely food, not a budget option, preferable to the usual high street coffee shops. My favourite almond croissant in town. Quite airy with large windows nearly all the way round, more cosy to the rear.”
“Great service at the drive through this morning, happy and chatty guy served us whilst we waited just a few minutes for our drinks. Fantastic.”
