The staff are brilliant, unfortunately the brand has been compromised by a perverse support of a woke idolotry.Better if they focus on their coffee and maybe to stop smokers sitting at tables outside their establishments. That would help customers and the NHS.
I cannot walk past Costa Coffee in Poole without stopping in for a large Mocha. Love the coffee and the people working there.Kid-friendliness: Lots of happy kids with there moms and dads.Wheelchair accessibility: No restrictions with access or movement at this venue

One of my favourite coffee shops, friendly staff, great coffee and a clean environment. On the flip side the staff are rude, how can you mess up a black coffee? And the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a month. Won't be returning.Hope that's helpful
