We went for lunch, both had scallops followed by skate wing. The food was excellent, properly cooked and fresh. It was our first visit and we will definitely go again. The pub has retained its character and was very clean. Lovely staff too. Hooray.
Didn't eat here on this visit... just called in for a drink. Quality beer and wine. Friendly staff and quite accommodating. All tables were reserved but they easily flu d one that wasn't going to be needed for an hour or so.

Today was our second visit to this very cosy, traditional looking pub. Both occasions we had the most amazing fish meals. Today we had oysters, chowder, scallops and red gurnard - all cooked to perfection. Staff are very friendly and helpful when choosing food. Can't wait to return again!
