We had a family birthday celebration here. We booked a table in advance even though it wasn't too busy [a Thursday at the end of November] and requested a table with plenty of space, as last time we visited here, we felt a bit squished in. The first table we were given didn't reflect our request and we asked whether we could be moved which happened. We visited for lunch on Christmas Day. The staff had created a lovely festive atmosphere, and the food was amazing. We left with lots to take away too. Definitely ticks the boxes for a memorable meal without any of the stress of cooking on Christmas Day.

We had the most amazing Christmas lunch at the Taj today. The food was amazing, very reasonably priced and we were even given an extra main course and a Indian drink on the house. The atmosphere was really relaxing and special, service exemplary and so friendly. On our departure we were even presented with a very good bottle of wine. It really made our Christmas day - we will definitely go back again soon.
