Waited 30 mins for my subway with only 2 couples and 1 single in front. Servers mates then came in and started chatting to him adding further distraction. Had to repeat order 3 times. Only 1 server. People were leaving to go to KFC next door due to the wait- which is where I will definitely be going!Wheelchair accessibility: None, the queue was so long we had to eat in the car because you couldn’t really get to a seat.
Not impressed. They don't do the kids pack meals, children's subs are ridiculously small and they don't do the Blue Light Card discount. The subs were pretty badly put together. It took me ages to pick out all the soggy paper from mine before I could eat it. Overall not impressed, I won't go there again.

So much better than before. Obviously made some improvements. Service was a little slow as for some reason they only had 1 worker over lunch, but he was great. Atmosphere is difficult as it's such a small store - I wouldn't want to eat in. Food was good, but for some reason they just didn't have anything we wanted - some kind of stocking issue.
