great day out at the wings and wheels, considering the weather was not the best. lots of classic cars and stalls. The food was great and the helpers were polite and welcoming. this was worth the hours drive.
A lovely little cafe which operates predominantly for pilots based at the airfield, but they also welcome visitors - especially bikers. A decent breakfast menu, reasonably priced and using decent ingredients. Be prepared for lots of aircraft chat from the other clientele but everyone was really friendly. The staff were brilliant, welcoming and the food was ready really quickly. Toilets are available in an adjoining building. The cafe overlooks the runway which is only 15-20 metres...read full review
A great place to visit for some excellent food and drinks with very polite and friendly staff.The food menu caters for all food types inc. vegan and vegetarian, and with plenty of seating inc. sofas and lounge chairs its a must visit if your in the area.
