Visited lovely Hexham and we had breakfast at Mc Donald’s. Looks a nice new store but my word it could do with a good deep clean. Food left on the floors, underneath tables and even on the seats. Standards are very low in this store unfortunately. We watched the staff clean some tables and I must say they clearly don’t get trained properly or just don’t care. Think the management need to train their employees better and educate how cleaning is important.
Ordered a collection through the app after numerous attempts with UberEats and never receiving a full order. This time we cut out the middle man, made a large order, received everything as expected. Happy Days!
