I love my local Sainsbury's Café in the store. The staff are amazingly friendly and will do anything for their customers, including bringing their food/drinks to the table even when they're extremely busy and short-staffed. I've been going to their café for quite a while with my daughter after college for a coffee, toasted sandwich or a meal and it's always great, no matter how busy the staff are. Getting into this store was a bit of a problem due to a major reconstruction of the car park which has a 2 hour waiting limit. This is controlled by CCTV which gives you a time to exit. Trouble is, it took us almost 15 minutes to find a space and get parked in what is a tight, dark and very unpleasant area. We were only going in for a quick bite after a lengthy journey and whilst we were out within time, I doubt if a shopping trip AND a meal would have seen us meeting the timescale....read full review
