Service is via the touch screens, the food priority is to the likes of the quick delivery first, drive thru then the poor souls who have to stand and wait and wait in the restaurant.They should shelve off the delivery service to a dedicated hub. As if you land in McDonald's the wrong time of day, it's no longer fast food.
Been to this restaurant many times. Mostly fine but today took 18 minutes for my takeout order. Drive through and Just Eat orders seem to take priority over restaurant customers.That said, The Philly Cheese Stack is delicious ?

Just been and was charged for nuggets meal but given no chips. I believe if the young staff working there concentrated more instead of talking among themselves , mistakes like this wouldn’t happen . Wasn’t gonna waste petrol, given price of it at minute ,going back for the chips . Staff need better supervision
