Polite staff and always feel welcomed by them. Food and drink good for its chain of pubs. Marking it as 3 stars due to the situation it has with something it sadly cannot control....the locals. Frequently by 8pm it is congested by drunks that behave in prehistoric manners which is all they have in terms of manners. With it being on a dirty high street next to a major bus station, it attracts homeless bums that come in with the days 'earnings' stinking of cannabis and being general...read full review
My wife and I called in for a lunchtime snack of loaded chips which we shared over a pint of real ale. The beer was very good and the chips were very hot and very tasty. All in all it was a very nice visit!
