Over priced and the staff are rude, sorry to be so blunt but this was my experience. I only had a cake which was very dry and stale tasting and a coffee. You need to have a degree to be able to order a plain white coffee, I asked for a white coffee and the assistant asked me what type of white coffee do you want and then she rolled her eyes and reemed off all sorts of skinny this and latte ect. The staff here are great and prepare orders for the loyal regulars as soon as they enter. Always a quality cup of delicious coffee served. Sadly, it doesn't appear as if the business owner is supportive of them. There doesn't appear to be enough staff, the place is ridiculously cold on a morning making it unpleasant to sit and there are no longer even paper napkins available, unless on request. I really like the coffees etc here but atmosphere wise it's chaos sorry to say it's not very relaxing and can be uncomfortable at times if you prefer a calmer atmosphere avoid this place
