Had a work meal at the keys and had a great time. The Keys decor is warm, inviting and appealing. The staff where polite & professional. The food was excellent and portion size was good as well. when I left here I was very pleased and will defiantly come back for more.

We recently enjoyed our Christmas night out at the keys and we could not speak highly enough of the venue and the staff. The keys itself is a beautifully decorated venue that has fantastic facility’s and is the perfect place for festivities ! The staff were really attentive, the food was really nice as well can’t speak highly enough of the place. The next time I am in yarm this will be the first place on my list to go ? Thanks to all the staff for such a brilliant night

Our lunch did not get off to the best start as the table was not in the best location and had been set for 5 even though 2 of our party had cancelled. We asked for a better located table and frankly, the waitress was quite rude to us. Thankfully someone (I assume duty manager) was on hand to take over and found us a better table more suited to a small party.
