We spent 1 week here. The location in Skipsea is great for exploring the surrounding area. Scarborough and York are not far away. We reserved a caravan from 2020 which offered plenty of space but it was already very worn out. The floor was sticky, the fireplace didn't work, the toilet seat was wobbly, the light on the extractor hood was broken and one of the beds wasn't freshly made but had been used. Stayed for 1 night out of the 3. The one night stayed generally really good and staff polite and friendly. Power cut on night 2 so no electricity or heating from approximately 4 PM until the early hours, no fault of Skipsea or parkdean. Kids cold and no lighting so made the journey home for the night. Returned today AM and power to the caravan went again, decided to pack, give-up and return home. Again the power cut out of the control of parkdean and skipsea. The night we stayed...read full review

Took an hour for 2 sausages and a large chips. Absolute joke portion sizes, you could fit a large chips on the palm of your hand. Staff were having a break down, needs shutting down.
