We stayed at this park for 4 nights. Caravan was clean and comfortable, however it did smell of dog urine, which wasn’t pleasant. Site was basic but nice. No access to the beach, which was disappointing. Shop was well stocked and able to cope with most needs. Staff in the boathouse bar and restaurant were excellent. Just spent a week at Parkdean Skipsea, paid £130 extra to upgrade to a lodge ( 135 Westfield) as previous reviews point out it was comfy, en-suite, 2 showers, bath, 2 small walk-in wardrobes, 3 tvs but nothing like pictures as advertised. It was facing a small field which people used for their dogs to use as a toilet, not pleasant!
