Today I had my first meal at Cerutti “2”. The entire experience was excellent! There is something a little old fashioned about the event. The welcome I received was fulsome. The dining room is elegant and the food was wonderful. My starter was the fish cakes which were two really light and tasty cakes sitting in a butter and chive sauce. Cerutti 2 to my knowledge is currently Beverley’s longest serving restaurant, well into 30+ years. There is options for meat eaters & vegetarian. Adjustments made for gluten free which was very much appreciated. C2 has stayed true to their roots. Traditional family run restaurant. Enjoyed our lunch. Thank you

Four of us went for lunch; we had tried to visit previously but could never get a table. The food was delicious, with nicely spiced/herbed sauces. The mussels were outstanding, the scallops were delicious, the whitebait was the best. Our maitre d', Tina was very attentive, as was our waitperson Dominic. The interior is simple but very pleasant. The winelist is good and reasonably priced
