This is a great spot for a fish & chip lunch with seating - it’s directly by the beach, you can’t get closer to the sea and sand. We rocked up as a group in January and used the table parasols to hide from the usual Yorkshire showers :) Proper chips, loads of scraps and the best curry sauce - spicier than usual but in a good way. For me, a vegan, and my parents (both fish eaters), this fish 'n chips kiosk is the ONLY one we eat from in the whole of the Yorkshire coastal area. Apart from on one occasion, in May 2023, the chips are consistently perfect. Chippy chips how chips should always taste - delicious. F&C on the pricey side but fresh and lovely especially after a long walk from the park and ride. Good seating, Public (free) loo's round the back up the hill (clean and well maintained). Curry sauce is brill, sweet chip shop style!
