What a great find. Lovely pub, fantastic service and the food was absolutely top drawer. Loved our cocker spaniel pup Henry and made a real fuss of him. A must for everyone. Definitely be back soon, thank you again.
Absolutely outstanding food...tried different meals all to exceptionally high standards.... plenty for you're money, very filling, friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced considering how much you get... This is definitely my favourite pub in this area by far.....will always be back.

Visited with a group of friends on Sunday for Christmas dinner. Food and service were fabulous. There were eight of us in total and all the main meals arrived together piping hot. The turkey was cooked to perfection as were all the trimmings and veggies. I had the Belgian Chocolate truffle for dessert which was divine! Thanks to Kate, Graham and all The Shakey Crew. Top drawer ??
