The Kings Head
Soutter Gate, Hedon, HullThe King's Head is a nice proper traditional pub in the heart of Hedon. There is a impressive choice of beers including three cask conditioned hand pulled real ales, which were excellent when we called in. It's a two-roomed pub with traditional front bar with a dart board, a lounge and beer garden. A cosy friendly pub worth visiting.Parking: There is some free on street parking available nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance from the pavement ok access for wheelchairs.

Haven Arms
Havenside, Hedon, HullThe haven Arms is a traditional pub at Hessle haven. There is a wide range of beers and lagers including two hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. It has a nice cosy bar and a large lounge for events, there was a wedding reception going on when we arrived. There is also a marquee. A nice quiet beer garden at the front of the pub and plenty of free parking.Parking: A lot of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance easy access to the pub.

Kolize Pizzeria
11 St Augustine's Gate, Hedon, HullFantastic service and good quality food from the take away part . We ordered 3 bags of chips and they sent 2. Called them and spoke to a lovely person who got it rectified straight away. delivery driver back here again in no time at all with another bag of chips and 2 cans of drink . thank you so much.All staff very polite the person who I spoke to on the phone and delivery driver and food top quality too !!!!!

Shakespeare Inn
9 Baxter Gate, Hedon, HullVisited with a group of friends on Sunday for Christmas dinner. Food and service were fabulous. There were eight of us in total and all the main meals arrived together piping hot. The turkey was cooked to perfection as were all the trimmings and veggies. I had the Belgian Chocolate truffle for dessert which was divine! Thanks to Kate, Graham and all The Shakey Crew. Top drawer ??

5 Market Pl, Hedon, HullHad 2 gorgeous ham sandwiches freshly prepared with salad and coleslaw.it was proper ham washed down with tea.The cakes look to die for and everyone was raving about the meals put in front of them.Customers are made to feel special and come out with a smile

Hed'On Inn
7 Watmoughs Arcade, Hedon, HullI like the fact it's obviously a small pub, which makes it great for a quiet drink where you aren't going to struggle to hear people talk like you do in larger, busier pubs.There isn't much by way of beer choice but the 6.7% plumb porter I had was pretty good. I noticed there was a fair few boxes of fruity cider in the fridge that looked some what intriguing.

2 St Augustine's Gate, Hedon, HullThis is our favourite Pizza house. Never had a bad one. If you want a succulent and zingy pizza go for a Hotshot with extra onions. My friends agree. Been ordering for years. Delivery is currently v good value. David, Burton Pidsea.
