Usually have no issues, but they have brought a new menu out, got the meatballs asked on the phone what you get with it and was told fries, meatballs etc, turned up and it was just 6 meatballs for £6.50?? Absolute rip off. Rest of the food was burnt to a crisp and cold, called regarding the meatballs and she said oh I meant fried onions said I could pay an extra £2 for some chips to be sent. Have been going here for over 20 years the food was always amazing last 2 times been unedible got a kebab last time could not see the kebab for mayonnaise because underneath the chicken was burnt then tonight got chicken Kiev chicken burnt to a crisp could not eat it . Won't be coming back to this shop again

Why do they miss things off your order everyone! Is it that hard to remember the salad in a kebab. We said last time we would not order again but we did and they forgot the salad and sauces!
