Excellent food and relaxed atmosphere. It was Italian night when I went, and it was the first time I had been in around 30 years. The main thing I noticed was how the quality of the food has improved. Whilst now vegan and vegetarian , it is a step up from the cheap student fare I remember. Outstanding restaurant, never disappoints, their food and customer service is outstanding each time we go. The atmosphere is also out of this world, dim lighting, quirky decorations in an old 1700s building. We had the greek night most recently which was outstanding, whilst everything is vegetarian 90% is vegan which is amazing.
WOW where do I start, it was our first visit to Hitchcock’s and it wasn’t a disappointment. When we booked we were asked if there was anything we didn’t ear or was allergic to, my husband told them I didn’t like peppers. Well to my surprise when we arrived and was seated at our table the chef came across to discuss my dislike to peppers.
