I was second in the drive-through behind a car that had ordered and was waiting at the window for his order. It took an age for the customer in front of me to get their order and then about 12 minutes to then get ours (1 x stuffing stacker meal), so around 20 minute wait. This is my nearest KFC, and from experience even if you order inside, you wait forever. I must comment that the portion size of the chips was that misely I'd have probably got more from a mcdonald's kids meal!!...read full review
Music played to loud that's probably why orders are wrong as staff can't hear properly it's a food place not a disco, couldn't have a conversation , not good. Food nice .

out of the kfcs in hull this one is ABIT lacking.chicken if fresh great, most of the time feels like it's past the 20 mins window and dried up inside. hot wings are always slimey and purple from bruised / damaged meat.gravy always a shortage and they have to use the watery one instead of the original thick tar like sauce.chips are never really great from any kfc.service wise dine in or drive through is slightly on the slower side.
